All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

When you call the in-app assistant, your voice and the account details it needs to answer you (such as your accounts, trades, licenses, plan, wallet and commission) are processed by our AI voice provider so the assistant can understand you and answer out loud. We ask for your consent on each device before your first call, and you can withdraw it at any time in the app under Security & privacy, Assistant privacy. We don't keep recordings of your voice; we keep a written transcript of each call with your account for up to 90 days to look into problems and improve the assistant.
When a license is used on a different MT4 account, the account numbers and broker servers involved are checked by our AI provider so the email we send you describes what changed.
Our AI provider, OpenAI, processes this data on our behalf and may do so outside Uganda.
